Are your stickers waterproof?

Our stickers are printed on high-quality sticker paper and laminated for extra durability. While they are water-resistant, we do not recommend prolonged exposure to water, dishwashers, or outdoor use.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Are your stickers handmade?

Yes! Every sticker is carefully designed, printed, laminated, cut, packaged, and shipped from our home studio.

Are your designs AI-generated?

Some designs may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process. We believe in full transparency about our use of AI. Every design is personally curated, edited, refined, and outlined by hand before becoming a finished Luna Sticker Club product.

What size are your stickers?

Most die-cut stickers are approximately 2.5–3.5 inches on their longest side. Exact dimensions may vary by design.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes! Our Digital Downloads collection includes printable stickers, planners, coloring pages, wallpapers, and other instant-download products. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

How do digital downloads work?

After purchase, you'll receive access to download your files. Simply save them to your device and print or use them according to the product instructions.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all artwork and digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.

Do you take custom orders?

We occasionally accept custom requests depending on availability. Feel free to contact us with your idea and we'll let you know if it's something we can create.

Who is Luna?

Luna Sticker Club is run by (me) Ella, a military spouse and first-time mom. The name "Luna" comes from a nickname given to me by my husband, who said I was his moon that follows him wherever he goes. Luna also includes "Lu," inspired by our son's name.
